Amber Rose Romero is enjoying the beginnings of an exciting career in music, working with singers, coaches, and directors from notable organizations such as the Metropolitan Opera, L.A. Opera, Washington Opera, Wolf Trap Opera, Houston Grand Opera, Palm Beach Opera and many more. Mrs. Romero is currently preparing to sing the role of Madame Silvertone in Mozart’s The Impressario with the UNCG Opera Theatre, and Just this past season, Mrs. Romero made her debut as Zerbinetta in Ariadne auf Naxos at the Miami Summer Music Festival.

In 2016 Mrs. Romero made her debut with the Palm Beach Masterworks chorale as the soprano soloist in Handel’s Messiah, and in the summer of 2016 Mrs. Romero sang the role of le rossingol in Ravels l’enfant et les sortileges, and Sandmann in Humperdinck’s Hansel und Gretel at the Miami Summer Music Festival. In 2015, Mrs. Romero sang the Role of Adele in Strauss’ Die Fledermaus with Florida’s newest company Opera Fusion, and performed various other concerts with the company.

In addition to her most recent engagements, Mrs. Romero is also the 3rd place winner of the 2018 Heafner Williams Competition, the 3rd place winner 2015 St. Petersburg Opera Guild Competition, the 1st place winner of the 2013 Palm Beach Atlantic University Concerto Competition. Mrs. Romero completed her B.M in vocal performance at Palm beach Atlantic University, and is currently finishing her M.M in vocal performance at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
